About us

Our company was founded by a former attorney who understood the difficult situation many plaintiffs endure when their lives are abruptly disrupted by injuries resulting from the negligence of others.  There are many companies offering litigation loans, and the loans are described in many ways (case funding, advances, etc.), but they generally fit one description, high risk advances of credit that are non-recourse and thus not subject to state usury laws.  This means that the interest rates can often be enormous.  So our founder decided that with his experience in evaluating personal injury claims, he could reduce his risk exposure by being selective with the cases he funds which can allow him to charge lower interest rates than the big companies.  By charging lower rates than most competitors and not charging massive initiation or set up fees, he felt that he could provide the relief Plaintiffs are looking for without costing them as large a portion of their recovery at the end of their case.  A lofty goal, but his idea is to make money AND help, not fleece, the personal injury Plaintiff.  So far it has bode well for our company and our clients.

We recently have evolved to also providing outsourcing and legal support services directly to law firms, in addition to litigation cost funding support.  We understand the difficulties facing many personal injury law firms with the cash flow problems that the practice entails, as the settlements come in at sporadic rates, yet overhead remains constant.  Additionally, ministerial tasks such as requesting medical records, lien information, and employment records can bog down staff and take away their attention from the real money making portions of their job, such as keeping up with clients and their medical care, as well as demand preparation.  By utilizing our support services, law firms can off-load those ministerial tasks in a manner that can be tracked per case without adding staff an overhead.  Interested firms should call or e-mail us for additional information on how this works.
